Seriously though I wish you both all the very best in this new stage of your life together - and not forgetting baby! I bet the Jimmy Choos looked great as well! Your Xmas Day already sounded great and this will be the icing on the Christmas cake!

  • Thanks everyone!! I will answer to either SSG, I'm sure I've answered to a lot worse lol

My diary has went a bit AWOL with regards to paying off debt, and although I've not been paying anything off I've not been spending either.

Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and maybe start some healthy eating, I have been out of control recently!! But...we have another few weeks left, so pass me the mince pies! And if anyone hasn't tried the Waitrose Heston Blumenthal mince pies with a lemon twist, I couldn't recommend them enough - I am obsessed!!! xxx

It was Rachel, exactly what we wanted. We had to apply for a marriage license and then got married at the city clerk's office, we were in and out in half an hour!! Then we went and ate lobster, drank beer and cocktails! Whist entertaining a baby lol

We had mentioned getting married before and how it wouldn't be a big deal if and when it happened, and my OH mentioned it as a bit of a joke then we thought why not! We were only meant to get cheap-ish wedding rings, but against what I said he went and bought me theee nicest wedding and engagement ring, and I love it so can't moan too much, I keep looking down at it sparkling away! xxx

  • Decided to pay off some debt, I do have the money sitting in my account and I am 95% finished with Christmas shopping.

Rounded the credit card down to £1,000
Debt to my Dad remains £7,000

    Total: £8,000

Should make January easier debt wise, diet wise the salad can still wait! xxx

I tried the Heston pies at the weekend when I was at DD’s as they are the only mince pies that her OH will eat! I thoroughly agree that they are absolutely yummy!

How lovely to have a beautiful sparkly new ring! I’d keep looking at it as well if it was mine!

Good for you in paying off some more debt - especially at this expensive time of year as well. I’ve given up trying to be healthy food-wise until the new year begins. I’m working on a big list of resolutions!:D
