Change Eon Tariff

That tariff is not available as gas only. Dual fuel or electric only.

not sure if you are referring to the EON or SSE tariiff, looking on SSE website it appears that you can take gas only(but have to hit the apply now button to go further)
On a straight comparison for 13500kwh EON £483 SSE £376. Eon will be slightly less because of couple smallish discounts (dual fuel/paperless?) think about £20p.a .So even taking that into account and £30 laving fee still substantially cheaper.
Hopefully beginning of a price war to reflect reduction in oil price, thinking of not doing anything at moment and see how other suppliers move on gas prices.0
