London Stag Do Help - no alcohol!

Hi all
My husband is arranging his brothers stag do for April this year in London. For various reasons, we want to try and avoid excessive drinking... so need an activity for the saturday afternoon that doesn't involve alcohol.
I had thought to book them in at Diggerland with the stag having an experience on the JCBs but he is worried that it might be too childish and not a lot to do.
However, we are short on time to book the experience (only one place left which has been reserved for me and we need to get it paid!) and so we need to see if we can find an alternative asap.
Needs to be fairly central, and no more than £215 for 11 people! They have done the O2 climb on a previous stag do. Go karting could be an option, or paintballing, but it's a bit samey for all stag dos!
They will be doing a high speed boat ride along the thames on the sunday morning.
Any ideas appreciated :-)
Thank you.

Diggerland is a bit childish, I would take under 15's not any older. Quite a cool thing is the London Duck tours which are on a WW2 DUKW land/sea craft. They do an ordinary sightseeing tour and some themed ones too. Its a bit different...0

Boating and a picnic in Hyde Park? Problem with London is that under £20/head for an afternoon isn't a big number!0
