I made payments to my NPower gas account after transfer, all payments were paid back into my bank account. Now I know why, because NPower closed my duel fuel account and later my Gas account. So I need to find out who is supplying the Gas to my property, I have overpaid my new supplier as I want to pay for my Gas. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!0

Hmm I wouldn't sweat it too much. The longer it goes on the better. Ofgem was ordering companies with unresolved complaints to give free gas or elec at one point.
If you've done everytihng you can, which their response seems to confirm, I believe they can only go back one year.Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0
