I had a hold up with wayleaves at first - have all the wayleave hurdles been cleared?
I've been in touch with Southwark and they sent me a screenshot showing that they have agreed the permits which have subsequently been cancelled by Virgin with no reason given0 -
As its a business to business issue i would first look at what you signed up to .Particularly in regard to time scale and get out clauses in the T&C .
I would ask for deposit back and cancellation of the contract .
As your are a business I believe CISAS wont take it on .0 -
I would agree. There are other providers of leased lines and perhaps they can put the line in quicker, my only concern would be if they pass on any charges (legal, work already done to accommodate you on their network etc).
Incidentally my kit finally went in but they've set the line to the wrong speed so I'm now trying to get that corrected.43580
