Consistency on the electoral roll ?
They aren't removed magically when they move, for a short term thing I'd just leave it where it was.0 -

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
Really?? She stated "" ...I cannot do an Assured Shorthold Tenancy because that entitles the renters ...""" so I took it that the occupants are paying rent.seven-day-weekend wrote: »As for Mrs P, I think what she has is a house sitter. This does not create an AST, nor affect insurance.
I would really really like to understand how such an arrangement would not be an AST: £5 to an agreed housing charity if there's a valid way for someone occupying the property & paying rent over AST minimum would not be an AST in the circumstances described, albeit the paperwork might say something else.
I look forward to a response & paying up!0
