EE/Orange loyalty discount

Hi. I've just been going through my Mums statements and noticed that for the last couple of months EE/Orange have dropped my Mums loyalty discount. They have never let her know this was happening and have been charging her more. Has anyone experienced this?

Discounts are usually for a finite period of time (12/18/24 months) and when that comes to an end the price reverts to the standard price. The onus is on the customer to know when this discount ends and re-negotiate a more suitable price.0
