Buying virgin media line rental saver online new customer

It says on MSE http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/cheap-broadband#virginfibre1 to pay upfront for line rental saver to get a 1 year £224 deal for phone & BB.
Have any new Virgin customers recently ordered this online and how do you actualy get line saver (apart from ordering on the phone) as there is no option within http://store.virginmedia.com

I order my Virgin media back in November, originally had one date booked. I decided to change the date, so rang them. I was offered the line saver. It was £164 then. Worked out to £13.67 a month. So even with the price increases they had means I don't pay more than I was originally expecting to pay. I was told you can keep paying yearly every year.
