My partner's house has been let without his knowledge or consent-ombudsman won't help

He can tell her he's going to inform the mortgage company and the HMRC for undeclared income.
That'll proably focus her mind a bit more.
Having a bun fight is all very well. At some point there's has to be compromise between the parties involved. Points scoring doesn't achieve anything ultimately.0 -
I had this happen to me. My ex rented rooms out in our house to stop me moving back while he was at sea. I put up with it for so long and in the end phoned the mortgage company and told them I did not agree to him renting out rooms.
They sent him a letter stating he did not have my permission and he had not told them he was renting.
Basically it told him to stop straight away which he did. He kicked the tenants out and installed his flaming mother (who has her own house) saying she was watching the property.
I let him keep the house as divorce was nov 2007 and I had some very good advice about forthcoming recession.
