Unfair ASDA parking ticket

Over the past few months I have received two parking tickets from Smart Parking after apparently overstaying my welcome in an ASDA car park in Hamilton even though I was shopping in ASDA. My first port of call was Money Saving Expert and read the forum which made my decision to NOT pay the initial £40 fine. Two months late…

And if it is Hamilton, Scotland, there is every chance the site entrance warning sign was missing.
Every one i visit up there is the same.
