If you are still getting the IPS Driver error then try this
The IPS Driver error you are seeing is due to a corrupt file or cookies setting in the Forum software.
If you want to impress your friends by being able to post here, then go to your Cookies setting and disable them. In Chrome it's

Near the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.
In the "Privacy" section, select Content settings.
Select Block sites from setting any data.
