Just got off the phone with Vodafone, they won't accept a PAC for a Sim Only tariff!

This has come as quite a surprise, are there any Networks will accept a PAC for a Sim Only deal?

Virgin i have just ported to their 300 texts 300 xnet minutes deal £10 a month.

Update after emailing Arun Sarin, Customer Relations in Stoke have been very helpful, my number will be ported tomorrow and a month free for my troubles!

Saving £15 / Month over my O2 Contract + £20 :-D

is it possible to port over to vodafone if i get my contract through phones 4 u. I am currently with orange and i have seen a good deal on a headset on vodafone. The guy on the phone said they cant port it over, do you think its worth asking vodafone if they would? As i was told vodafone can only be prted over to directly via their website or a store. But if i do that the offers are not as good

If you're taking the deal with P4U, they'll be the only people who can arranage a port. Vodafone can only port in numbers if the deal is taken directly through them.
