The chipest account would be one that doesn't charge any fees at all for anything. Such an account does not exist ....
Rubbish.
The new basic accounts don't have any charges, not even for failed payments and unpaid direct debits etc. Have a look at the Lloyds or Halifax Basic accounts, or the Nationwide's FlexBasic.0 -
In what way is Fidor UK not mainstream? In fact Fidor UK is the first regulated challenger bank to issue a debit card since Metro Bank in 2010. I suppose it all depends on what you mean by "mainstream".0
