Tesco Price Matching

Has anyone got any experience on Tesco price matching before I have a chat with them next week?
Mine and the Mrs phones are at the end of their airtime deals and it's time for a shiny new handset each, I know how much we use each month and I know how much I can save by going to GiffGaff so I was hoping I could get them to match and I'll stay, been happy with Tesco customer service etc.
Only issue with Giff Gaff is you can only get one new Handset every six months due to the finacing of it, I'm hoping Tesco don't know that :-)
