There is no P46 any more, your new employer should operate a New Starter Checklist system that effectively asks the same questions - whether that includes a box B I don't know. If it is resolved before April 5th then the repayment will made made as part of your pay, if it isn't then you may need to contact HMRC who will either send you a cheque or pay it into your bank account.
