    Yes. its the VCS scammers again.

    All Rip off Britain do is expose but unlike Watchdog, they don't give the scammers a hard time. Watchdog has given these parking companies a hard time including Troy of the BPA and Dunford of the DVLA.

    I thought it must be a repeat since they kept referring to the BPA; whereas VCS are in the IPC.

    Didn't see it previously so was unaware.

    However it may be worth saving the end of the piece as VCS /JLA told the BBC on film that in certain circumstances such as breakdown, they will cancel the tickets and in fact did so for 2 of the subjects - not the main guy.
