I'd buy a new computer first as yours seems to be unable to access a search engine.

  • Jeez, no need to be that sarcastic, it's very rude.

When you've been on here for a long time you may also find yourself annoyed that people post without even attempting to do the most basic research themselves. But at least I provided an answer to the OP, unlike you who have added nothing of value to the thread.

Are you talking about Equity Loan, newbuild only, or Mortgage Guarantee?

The latter is not the same as agrinnall has linked to and remains available for now.

Let me Google that for you...

  • Maybe if posts annoy you, don't bother to read them or reply?

Might be a better option than being rude? The question was clear from the OP, so no need to open it just to have a go.

Everbody except you and PrettyFlower has actually offered an answer, so the question has to be why the two of you bothered to post?
  • I opened the OP to see if I could help with the question - but saw that it had already been answered by Kingstreet, so my response was not needed.

In normal circumstances I would have then closed it and been on my way, but I thought I'd ask YOU the question - why bother to open it and reply if it annoys you so much? Being rude is not really helpful to anyone is it?
  • Humph: Are you annoyed??

    Best regards

This is the poster who was annoyed! :rotfl:

I'm not annoyed, just surprised that people are so rude. However it's a public forum so carry on....just my opinion.
