In normal circumstances I would have then closed it and been on my way, but I thought I'd ask YOU the question - why bother to open it and reply if it annoys you so much? Being rude is not really helpful to anyone is it?
How can I know whether it's going to annoy me until I open it, I'm not clairvoyant, maybe you are? And I provided an answer anyway, as I usually do in such circumstances. If I couldn't have done so I wouldn't have posted at all.0 -

No, not a Clairvoyant either I'm afraid.
Anyway, all I meant was that your post was rather rude to the OP. Again, as I said before, that's just my opinion. Obviously you are free to conduct yourself in any manner you see fit.0 -
thanks for your help kingsstreet, I had looked and found it was no longer accepting applicants for Scotland and was curious if anyone knew more information if it was starting back up again.0

As you point out, Help to Buy is no longer available in Scotland. If you are on a low to moderate income, there is a scheme called Open Market Shared Equity http://www.gov.scot/Resource/0044/00447845.pdf0

Announcement on Scottish HTB here. The OP appears to be wanting information on Equity Loan;-
