Apologies - getting mixed up with the vouchers they used to give. Point still stands though - the value was for a future transaction, not the current one.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Since when was "last October" over 6 months ago!As per the receipt this is the way the voucher works.
If you haven't spent the voucher return it - and then you would be entitled to a full refund.
What they have said so fair is fair...be careful what you wish for/argue - after 6 months the onus on you is to prove the fault etc. and that would be far more hassle than arguing over £5.0 -
It was part of the contract whether you wanted it or not you still accepted it. They have the right to it back with the tablet.0

T and C number 18 on unholyangels post seems about right. Therefore I am entitled to the full amount back!0

You ignored all the other posts then except the one which favoured you? How surprising. Unholy Angel herself even states that she misunderstood the type of voucher.
You need to give the voucher back, otherwise you have £85 from Argos.0 -

If you didn't want the voucher, why didn't you say at the time and get them to mark your receipt that no voucher was issued?0

Personally I believe Argos is in the right.
If was was working in Argos and you came in causing a scene, I would just offer a repair or replacement. Solves the issue then.0
