LOL, you don't PAY this bunch a penny. Hope you've forgotten that idea now!Thank you I am unsure whether to pay the full amount or to appeal against it all together as I was not there for long. Im still in two minds about paying them as I naively paid the first time when they were neither member's of the bpa ipc or any other parking associations. Should I appeal if so what do I say? Should I ignore them even though they have sent a letter to my address.0
