Hi, I found a thread about this website on here, however it had been locked and the last post was in 2010.
In fact, the only opinions I can find about mobilephonesdirect.co.uk online are ALL from 2010. They seem to detail terrible customer service.
But how are they now? Anyone used them recently?
Only ask as I'm after a phone that no one else seems to have reduced the price on since release 4 months ago, suggesting it wasn't too successful. They've also just dropped the price again this week so my finger is hovering over the buy button.

I have a cashback contract bought through them.The purchase went through without any problems but I have yet to start claimimg the cashback so can't report back on that score0
