MSE Plusnet cash back deal Nov 2015

I have not recieved the cashback. Has anyone else ?

I used the link for the Plusnet internet/landline MSE deal mid November 2015 for the £75 cashback.

I cant recall the exact details but I think the deal was to get the cashback in the form of a cheque through the post within 60 days ?

Has anyone recieved their cashback ? As part of the deal I remember it stated to contact MSE if the cashback doesnt arrive.

I ordered Plusnet broadband and line rental on 23rd November and switch over date was 7th December.

I received my cashback cheque for £75 in the post today - 44 days after being switched on.

I called Plusnet direct , not via the MSE deal, on 28th November and haggled with them for my next years contract.

Was offered the cashback in the deal.

Received my cashback cheque today for £75.

Seems they are possibly issuing all cashback cheques in one go for that period.

Regardless of what Royal Mail say, it can take up to 2-3 days to receive 1st class mail.

So I hope you'll get yours in the post tomorrow

I followed the link but no cashback. I contacted them 31/0/16 and today had an email which says I don't qualify. I have replied to this, so we'll see. Most people seem to have got theirs though, so I'm optimistic.

I still haven't received my cheque. Emailed the email address provided but don't seem to be getting anywhere. Spoke to plusnet who advised it's nothing to do with them and to pursue with moneysavingexpert.com it's a bit frustrating.

I've had an email from Plusnet to say they have checked and I am not entitled to the deal. I am not happy with this because I followed the link and only changed suppliers because of the deal. I have replied to Plusnet and reported it on the MSE link. Big sigh.
