Remote support for relative - any recs for which app

I might have to connect remotely to a relatives Windows lap top a couple of times over the next few weeks to help and show him how to do something. More than likely with an accompanying phone call at the same time.

A google shows me several options and many are free for personal use but does anyone have any recommendations or recent experience as to what is the easiest to setup at the other end. Ideally something that they won;t have to install, rather just go to a web site or something as easy as that.

Thanks

    Teamviewer, no contest.

seconded, use it often with my parents no problem
    Drop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

    Another vote for Teamviewer.

However your relative will have to install it on their machine, although it is not difficult. Video tutorial here.

No need to install it, if you only want to receive support. Download the Quick Support customer module and save it on the desktop.
