Because it's an EE offer, not an MSE one? MSE may have provided a link to it, but if it has not paid out then your claim is against EE-not the fault of MSE. Tracking faults are usually due to not clearing your cookies before clicking through
The forum is moderated mainly by volunteers, not full time reps.

EE clearly say its MSE who is responsible

It smells funny the way MSE are not answering the many requests for somebody to look into this

Why does nobody from MSE defend themselves?

EE says its nothing to do with us, its MSE.

MSE do not say anything, if they at least said its not us its EE who is at fault then that would be something, but they do not say anything so far.

Im egtting ready to take somebody to court, I dont know if its EE, or MSE who is at fault?

It's you. It's your own fault. Think about it. You clearly will not go to go court and win so wind your neck in please.

There are several of us who have been lied to by MSE, we are all going to court if MSE still do not answer us.

At least some MSE representative could look into this and make a comment.

    The problem won't go away,

It's not looking good for MSE reputation if they don't even respond to the accusations.....

As you are threatening legal action I doubt you will get an answer, it will now possibly be in the hands of their legal team/representatives.

No matter what MSE should reply, I think it's just the right person doesn't know yet that so many people are still waiting for their vouchers.

  • Hi all,

Sorry for the late reply but this Forum thread has just come to our attention.

Let me assure all of you that the EE deal in question is not a 'scam' and for all of you that went through the correct link and followed the terms and conditions, you will receive a voucher as promised.

If your voucher is overdue, please contact MSE directly at voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com with all your EE information and we will aim to respond within 2 working days and get this sorted for you!
