Slipped disc is my worst one. The emotional pain of my workplace treating me dreadfully for being signed off for 3 weeks with it was comparable to the physical pain unfortunately.0

Heart valve surgery , very painful when you try to sleep on your side for the first 6 weeks or when you cough and sneeze ,still hurts 6 months later
Oh no.My sympathies. Our daughter will eventually need HV surgery, although they are hoping for some serious leaps in technology by then. This news makes me sad for my chipper little baby though.

They forgot to do this for me after my spinal surgery too. It's horrendous isn't it. I came round lying on fresh scar which was pretty uncomfortable I shouted at them to get me on my side and they said something about getting some pain medication next thing I remember is being on the ward so I believe they must have drugged me up realising what had happened. My surgeon wasn't happy as he wanted me lying flat but I think I must have screamed at them a bit in recovery.:o:o
Always fun when anaesthetist forgets the anti sickness drugs too :mad:No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2015/2016/2017/2018

broken foot walking round on it at work for eight hours, then finally relenting and going to hospital to get it seen to. Anything dental pain wise is pretty horrific(cue copious amounts of whiskey soon numbs it) pain killers don't effectively work for it, even tried tramadol for it and didn't touch it.0

In order of most agony:
Broken clavicle (sounds like nothing, but it was a complicated break and was never set properly). Pain was absolutely unbearable. I was wishing someone would 'put me out of my misery', and I meant it. Memories still haunt me.
Trigeminal Neuralgia
Food poisoning
Pain after breast surgery, when surgeon forgot to prescribe painkillers.
Stomach Ulcers (5 of them at the same time)
Tooth abscess
Fractured wrist0
