Conversion to clean funds by III

So iii have gotten around to converting my Thread needle European Select fund only about a month after they said they would do I guess that's progress. However, I am now showing a loss of £193k despite only depositing £4k into this fund a couple of years ago. Either something catastrophic has happened in the European markets in the last few days, or they have made a large mistake. Now it would seem that they can't convert funds properly as well as not pay dividends in a timely fashion.

Have also got a massive error on one of my conversions.

Have messaged them; expect that they will fix it at some point.

The Book Cost for my two conversions were screwed up too, however it's easy to correct yourself (if you have the actual values to hand). Just double-click in the cost cell and type in the value. The Profit figures will change automatically.

Same here - surely they must already be aware of it as I'm guessing it will be affecting a large number of their customers.

Same here, but i'll sort out the book cost manually once they've finished all of the conversions, at least that way i'll know that the figures are correct.

Two days now and still no reply from iii, or recognition that they have messed up. Might have to take to social media again!

    Hi there.
Sorry, I'm maybe being a bit thick here. :o

I'm double clicking and inputting correct book cost; then it reverts back to the (crazily), wrong value when I click off it.

I think I must be doing something simple wrongly but can't work it out.

    Any ideas?

    Ta :)

Press the <Enter> key after inputting the correct value.
