Conversion to clean funds by III

Hi,

yes my latest conversions have been the same.

I emailed them when it first happened and they apologised for the glitch, told me to do the double click on book cost, so just do that now.

Another thing I've noticed with my latest conversions, the dates for sell/buy are different.

They seem to buy the day before they sell, but units bought seem to be correct.

Mine are now showing as several million pounds loss - I'd e-mailed them and they said they were going to go through and get them corrected for me 'shortly'.

None of my funds have been converted yet, but I have now received messages informing me that five of them will be converted shortly. Given II’s track record with administrative tasks (tax vouchers, dividends payments, etc.) my bum cheeks are now very tightly clenched..!

Are they just messing up the ‘book cost’ of holdings (easily corrected myself), or are they making mistakes with the actual conversions?

If anyone has had a mistake on the unit conversion, has it been promptly corrected?

They have now finally corrected their error after a week. I am not looking forward to the next lot of conversions!
