Phone and internet dongle for a charity

Hi,

I'm a newly elected chairman of charity (a Pre-school), and we need to get the manager a new mobile phone and internet access. We're not allowed to install internet into the building, so I'm assuming the best bet is a dongle.

Can I get a contract in the Pre-school's name? Popular opinion seems to be no, to get a business account we'd need to be VAT registered.

Can anyone help, or recommend anything?

Thank you!

May I ask why you are not allowed a phoneline ?

Business accounts can be had by any charity, Co-op do a free one and with a business account you can prove existence of the legal foundation and thus have contracts like any organisation.
