Successfully reclaimed account package charges

Can anyone tell me what kind of questions Lloyds ask in that initial phonecall? I believe I have a good case, I had a Premier account for about 6-7 years. Got the good old 'hard sell' on the overdraft front, being told I could have one if I got this account. I also didn't drive until 3 years ago, never registered a phone etc. etc. BUT I do terribly in situations where I'm being asked questions over the phone! I'm worried they're obviously going to try and dispute any claim and make it hard...

They will ask questions based on your individual complaint, so anything asked of other complainants is irrelevant to you.

Just tell them the truth. If you can't remember or don't know something they ask then don't be afraid to say just that.
