argh e2save problem
I got a phone with e2save on their cashback deal, and they didn't send the welcome email with the vouchers and claim details. I phoned a few days later, then promptly forgot about it... now I've realised, I phoned to say they haven't sent it and they've told me as it's over 28 days they won't send it and I can't claim.
Argh!!!! Is there just vouchers in the email or more??

Try logging on to "my account" with your order id number if you still have it. It used to be possible to download vouchers that way, but who knows now given the appalling direction cpw is now determiningly going in. I would also beware their t&c - despite what they say and what is written when you order they are NOT actually following the so-called "price-match" (a term which is blatantly dishonest in any case) t&c as many are likely to soon find out when their first claims are denied as being late! In one word, SUE if necessary.0

I printed the redemption forms online when i purchased the phone, i dont know anything about getting them in a welcome email.0
