BT Infinity & Calls (40GB download limit)

Hi,
I've signed-up to the offer over Christmas of BT Infinity & Calls capped at 40GB per month usage, through TopCashBack (about £120) and with a £125 back from BT, which seemed a good offer at the time.
I've only just started using it (on day 6) and I can see that the 40GB limit is going to be way too low. On this contract, the charge is £1.50 per additional 1 GB.
Does anyone know if I can upgrade to their unlimited product, and if so, whether I'll lose the TopCashBack claim and the £125 back from them (prepaid Mastercard)? I'm guessing it depends whether they cancel the contract and generate a new one, or if they can just apply an upgrade on the existing contract.
Also, has anyone done this product upgrade, and how is it best to negotiate this with them?
Help!
Thanks.

It will be completely up to BT whether they allow you to or not. They don't have to as you are now out of the cooling off period.0

I have upgraded but it was via customer services and the end result of me being allowed to cancel within 30 days .0
