You can, I'm sure, see how such confusion could arise.

Confusion caused & created by the system designers at RAC/BISL, as if Tesco have it correctly, then what happens to the data after it leaves Tesco ?!


It's also why systems should ask for 'FULL' details, it's not like twins are a new thing!
