PAC Code

Options
Hi all,

I recently joined Three and was basically unable to get any signal at my house or workplace so I exercised my 14 day cancellation period. However when I requested my PAC code they said I couldn't have it for a week. If I gave them 30 days notice, they'd give it to me right away. Looking around online tonight, this doesn't seem legal.

Am I able to chase after them for this code immediately? I told them to cancel right away as I don't want to pay for a service I'm not receiving and am now using a temporary number in the meantime on another network.

Thanks for any help

  • Thank you, thought it had a time limit. I'll call them back tomorrow to get it

  • So I called them back and they said it should be within 48 hours and I've still heard nothing. They said that because I cancelled within the 14 day cancellation period that those regulations do not apply to this type of cancellation.

Does anybody know the best wording to deal with this? Sorry to sound daft, but I've tried wording it the best way I can and they won't give me the code.
