Off Peak Tariff Deals?

Hi guys
Looking for a decent off peak tariff deal for my mate. He works nights so just wants to be able to use the phone in the evening and weekends.
Currently with Vodafone but open to moving (not worried about porting).
Can anyone show me what tariffs are available and with what networks.

ps - If cashback deals would prefer one of the big boys ie. CPW
