TalkTalk existing customer offer

I noticed on Money Supermarket an "existing customer" offer come up for TalkTalk for fibre broadband, which according to them works out at £21.41 over 18 months, including line rental.

As I have the free 12 month anytime calls boost, which was one of their free upgrades, presumbly this means I would just need to add the remaining 6 months anytime calls to get the final price, which should work out to £23.90 a month for fibre broadband and anytime calls if they carried over my anytime calls boost.

Anyway, I phoned them with this information to hand, and basically the bearly intelligible operator claimed to have never heard of the offer and proceeded to quote me a price of about £30 a month over the 18 months, much more than the Money Supermarket quote. Interestingly, this is almost exactly the price they quoted me BEFORE I'd selected the free any time calls boost. Clearly that makes no difference to the final price in reality.

Basically, my question is, should TalkTalk be honouring the price clearly advertised on Money Supermarket and have I calculated the final cost right based on my existing 12 month any time calls boost?

TT are not Moneysupermarket and would not have to honour a mistake by them .

Yes, and it just comes up with a page asking me to confirm the upgrade to fibre, with no information about final costs. I certainly don't trust Money supermarket or TalkTalk enough to believe that the final price would be anything like what was quoted.
