Anyone else having problems logging into their Delight Mobile account? Seems to say either the phone number or password is wrong.
Not a big deal but reluctant to click the forgotten password button as I know the one I enter is correct. Been like this for a couple of days mow.

I refused to create an account with them and give them my details after reading about their data sharing policy. All aspects of the account can be managed directly from the phone and top-up vouchers bought from a shop with cash.0

I have a similar problem. When I login I get the following message...
"Not Found
The requested URL /user/myaccount/*MobileNumberHere*/******/Tmppwag== was not found on this server."
Been like this since last week. This was my first login in 2016
Tried a password reset but never receive the reset email. DelightMobile have contacted me on this address in the past.
A friend on DelightMobile has the same problem.0 -

I am the OP and I have found out why my log in was failing.
Before the website was changed I could log in with my number in the form 07574xxxxxx but now the site requires this entering as:-
447574xxxxxx
I found this out by send the request to check my password and the reply presented my number in this format, which now works for logging in.
However, when you do get logged in there are a number of features that do not work and the page just sits there.
Still good rates though and in my case, solid signal, both speech and data.0 -

It looks as if whoever designed the new Delight Mobile website was from the "colouring in" side of things. Almost none of the facilities actually work.
You can log in by giving your phone number as 44757... but password resets don't work: you do get an email but it has a blank "new password". However, you can simply register the number again. They send a text as before with a 4-digit code. Then you register again and choose a new password (or the old one again).
The facility to "add a number" to your MyDelight account doesn't seem to work. It certainly doesn't merge the accounts in any meaningful way.
The voice mail settings don't work, because you need the "old voice mail password" which you don't have. However that is now showing a PHP error in any case. Perhaps they'll get it fixed when the developer gets home from school?
Has anyone managed to listen to their voice mail messages? If so, how? It won't accept any DM phone number as valid, no matter what way I enter it. But it still charges me 5p each time I try!0 -
I'd rather avoid 'My delight' anyway and top up via voucher. Wouldn't really want them having my card details.0

same problem regarding voicemail for me. Just got the SIM. Topped up £5. Tried to dial 901 to test the voicemail side of things and it keeps asking me to enter my mobile number. It will not accept the number in either the 078*** format or the 44798*** format.
Each time it takes my 5p
On the website I managed to register but when I look at the section for "settings" under "personal details" there is no way to change the voicemail pin as I don't know the old pin (tried all the usual 0000, 2222, 1234, 9876, 9999, <blank>....
Not a great start. Tried calling them as was left on hold for many minutes - gave up in the end. I thin went on to Facebook and sent them a chat 2 hours ago. no reply......
Is this a joke or what!!
Seriously worried about porting my number.0
