My local place only charges you £15 to hook it up and £5 per wheel that needs adjusting. They do not rip you off as the screens are clearly visible and anything out of spec comes up red.

A printout after of the before and after settings.

on most cars only front toe is adjustable, but the steering needs to be locked in straight ahead that’s why you need 4 wheels aligned.

A local shop does this for £25 in Leicester using a John Bean machine
and get a full printout, its called Tyresgalore, do a Google search

Four wheel would mean adjusting all four wheels as your ford has a beam axle at the back there is no adjustment. Edit I can't remember looking under a 2014 but I'm sure it's a beam axle.

Not all cars have adjustable rears.

I second that. As far as I can establish the Fiesta has torsion beam rear axle. ... No scope for adjustment there although 4 wheel alignment check would show if there's been any distortion but that's unlikely.

Rear camber is usually adjustable and sometimes the toe.

    Not on most cars.
