You could have posted three days worth of line stats on your previous IPS thread here by now!

Anyway folks please advise honest opinions on BT Infinity?
  • I'm in London and BT infinity has been excellent, I also think the Hub 5 has been a great improvement. But with broadband, service quality varies depending on your particular exchange.

I stream and download fairly often, no slow downs or traffic management etc. I am wary of moving to any other provider now!
  • I am in London too. Virgin couldn't even organise getting the cables and their staff together. So out of frustration after three weeks I just went with BT. Never regretted. My mum streams Soaps and movies. It works with no hiccups. Never had a problem so never needed to call customer service. Every one claims they are expensive. Not sure. But worth for the service.
I have BT Infinity 2 unlimited.

With Plusnet which is basically BT, No issues here although some have had delays in activating it.

Excellent broadband fibre 1 service .
But customer services if you need them can be a bit hit and miss .
