    I found the march 17 elec dearer and the gas cheaper. But if i move the gas i will lose dual fuel discount. I will have the warm discount at end of my march 16 fix so i will have to stay till then. I will keep on looking at any new tariffs. I hope price's will start to slide down again.

    If you input your meter readings online,you will find that when the bill is produced it will give you the warm home discount straight away so there is no need to wait till March.
  • Hi,

    is this what you are looking for?

    Though as others say, you should be able to see your statemants online.

    I provide monthly readings and can view statement online after about 3 days, then save or print off.

    So do I,it is the best way of keeping an accurate check on costs and not getting into too much credit.I find the recalculation every month, after a bill,is very useful and one of the good points about SP.I know they have upset a lot of people but I have been paid the warm home discount now for three years with no problems.

    Last year i did not receive this till my bill on the 25 march as every one before, as i am not a core consumer. I do my my meter reading every month, and have had my review and my credit refunded with no problem's this month. I hope it would be on this month's but don't think so as every year it has been on that date.

    Neither my Mum nor me are core customers yet we have both received the discount this month after inputting our meter readings.So I can't see the reason why you have to wait so long for yours.

    When do other qualifying SP customers on here get theirs ?
  • Hello have just had email from SP re my current deal ending 31/01/2016 like you.
    When I logged in they immediately showed me last years gas and electricity usage in kWh.
    Their following 'good deals' were heavily in favour of SP of course. I am now able to do true
    search of other suppliers:rotfl::rotfl:
    However I think SP is worried about Report about to come out soon I hope, from the Energy Watchdog which accuses the Big Six suppliers of overcharging, includes SP of course.
    I am not going to fix till nearer the time.

    Mine runs out end of February.At present the cheapest available is lower for gas and higher by the same amount for electricity.My electricity usage is higher so I am also hoping that prices will come down a bit more soon.
  • Hello Froglet You are right mine ends end of February 2016. Thanks Pumkin1
