I have in my arsenal - a San Disk Cruzer 16Gb that I always assumed was USB 3.0 - but am now getting (slower than) USB 2.0 speeds out of it ..... (5-10Mbps)
Can someone please confirm whether it is dying or should I be getting faster from it ?

I seem to remember it being sold to me as USB 3 when I bought it from PC World a couple of years ago
And I am just transferring some videos using it - I have not carried out a "proper test" just going by what Win 10 is telling me !!
BTW the port IS USB 3.0 and the drivers are the latest.0 -

Both write at a shade over 4 MB/s
2x Sandisk 16GB write at around 7 MB/s
ps Kingston 16 GB on usb 3 writes at 46 MB/sMove along, nothing to see.0 -
Are the gubbins you see in the plug part blue? They should be for USB3.0
