On 28 January at 4.30pm, MPs will be debating an e-petition relating to tax reporting for small businesses and the self-employed .

The debate was scheduled by the Petitions Committee following a petition which was started on petition.parliament.uk.

The Petitions Committee would like to invite you to get involved in this debate. Your comments will be shared with participating MPs and help inform the debate and hold the Government to account.

The Committee would like to know:
  • What do you think about the Government’s response to this petition?
  • What points would you like to be raised in the debate?
  • What questions would you like the Government to answer?

The deadline for comments is 11.59pm on Wednesday 20 January. A summary of the discussions will be published online and made available to MPs taking part in the debate.
