Are all networks now equal & how do their differ from each other?
Hiya all,
I’ve had some great advice here over the years (and like to think I’ve helped others in some way) but with O2 now charging for everything, I thought it might be useful to start a thread on just who is the best network?
I know that this is subjective and depends on coverage, usage etc. but all things being equal who generally offers the best value in your opinion? Do all networks now charge for 08, 07 and practically everything except 01 and o2 numbers?
Is routing through companies like 18185 the way to go? I’m assuming many people used their mobiles (when non-geographic numbers were included) instead of using the home phone. Now that these are not included this could have a knock-on effect to the tariff you pick in the future e.g. you may have previously gone for a 500 minute tariff knowing you would use 300 of those on 08 numbers but now you may want far fewer minutes if you end up having to use the home phone to dial these numbers. What do you think?
Thanks,
Llyllyll

I personally like T-Mobile, but I use a lot of data and the web'n'walk deals still seem to be the best data tarriff.
Flext is good value also particuarly if you get the go direct discounts.
Coverage can be patchy and sometimes poor in buildings but the packages are good value IHMO0 -
