I wanted to stay away from the shops to avoid spending, eating or drinking things I don’t want to. So today is a NSD.

Cleaned kitchen sides, hob and sink
Tomorrow I join SW club. I also tutor my class and see a film with a friend. So, a busy day. I will make up a coffee flask, breakfast, lunch and snacks to pack in my rucksack. I hope doing so will even out the chaos of my eating and keep me on an even keel. This will also save me from the frittering spending that quickly adds up.
This evening will be more cleaning/organising and prepping. It helped staying home today as I feel calmer

I love stay at home days occasionally, I stay in my pyjamas as well , but don't tell everyone. This weather makes you want to eat rubbish . As soon as the sun comes out you will eat more healthily.

When I am really really on it I write everything down & try to not to have chocolate & things like that in the house.
