It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

I do love turkey, especially bargain turkey. How do you cook it?
We have a lurcher who is part whippet, she is very slim and soft, a dog made for cuddling. We had one before who was exactly the same, liked to lean and pootled along elegantly, never pulling. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

:rotfl:I think researching poop scoops might be helpful. There must be options as it's not something most people consider a plus. Would it help if you took gloves?

Sounds lovely DIA
I'm not that keen on dogs, or their droppings. I can confirm that lurchers, labradors and collies do revolting things of a similar size.
MILs handbag rat did much smaller things which she used to kindly leave on our lawn, but was a revolting yappy little dog.
Cats are much nicer and you can just tip the entire litter tray contents away if you are squeamishMy mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

I like collies too. They are very intelligent. I like intelligent animals regardless of poo size
I like cat stories but I have no desire for a cat really (sorry cat people out there)
Hi DIA. What happened to us? Here we are on a Friday night discussing the various sizes of dog poo :rotfl:
FDawg is a Border Collie and a very clever chap (largish poos though). I would say that the type of food you give them makes a significant difference. We've just swopped FDawg onto a new high protein food and, although poop scooping could never be a pleasure, it's a lot less disgusting now. The new food is very expensive though so that's something to consider maybe.
Since getting FDawg I've realised that all dog owners have pockets full of poo bags and houses full of body parts :rotfl:
