DIA even though you didn't get the job, the interview and feedback are all learning experiences. At least in April you get the 4 days and 2 at home as well .

As someone else said and I have said I think I am so lucky to have an employer who allows compressed hours and flexible working.

Can you afford get a cleaner ?

Such a shame that you keep getting your fingers burnt by unreliable workmen! I'm also one with some great tradesmen recommendations - it's a shame that we're so far apart!

I'm glad that it hasn't upset the apple cart too much - hopefully you get someone suitable and reliable soon.

    Good weekend?

DIA glad you walked away from the roofer , you need to be confident in them to actually use them.

I love the theatre , my favourite is phantom of the opera , I have seen it in Manchester, London and New York.

Two very exciting life events are approaching and I'm so excited for you!

When I worked at my sister's house last week while my broadband was going haywire, it was so lovely to have her little dog (a collie) curled up on my lap or at my feet. Lovely to have a bit of company :)

I don't think you need to do the kitchen the cheapest way at all - I certainly won't be when we come to doing ours in a couple of years! - but you need to do what works best for you and will give you the best quality and the best solution over a long period of time.

It's not like a pair of shoes that will be replaced next year or even 6 months. It's a kitchen that should last you for, what, 20 years? Maybe forever?

I think you're right to have it properly designed and properly fitted to give it the best shot at lasting for a long time.

Hope you enjoy your theatre trip tonight!

Also, i just took a peek at your signature and cannot believe how close you are to being DF. It's within touching distance - you must be so proud of yourself getting to this point!
