I like beans on toast too, and beans on baked potato

I eat apples and bananas when I'm trying to avoid chocolate. If I have a real sugar craving then a few grapes can help as they are quite sweet. I figure anything is better than chocolate :eek:.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I have given up smoking thankfully. I was hardly ever getting a NSD and that drove me crazy! I have nearly 2 stone to shift but I'm not in a rush, no holidays booked.
