Using Resolver to make a complaint

I was drafting a complaint on the resolver website for a flight delay compensation and and noticed there was no option to save the draft. When I clicked on next, I got a message to say case reference created with a case number. Does the resolver website email the airline or are you supposed to print the case and email/post to airline.

I did not finish writing all the details. Should I close the case and reopen or wait for them to respond before providing further info.
