Struggled with the site yesterday, finally got as far as the paying screen, paid, then got ERROR - and now my account has been debited and I have no ticket, reference or anything else.
Must say it did work fine a couple of weeks ago.

The link has now disappeared off the virgin website - hope this only indicates they have a problem, not that they have withdrawn the offer.

I'm not sure if people know, but this is also available for Midland Mainline for most days until the 20th October. Typical that the day I need (12th) is not available though!
