Vanquis credit limit increase

Ok, So I have been with Vanquis for just over 12 months now. After my 4th statement I was hoping for a credit limit increase - I never did hear anything. Ah well, I thought, my be after 8 or 12 months I will be given a credit limit increase. nope, nothing, nada, zilch. Now, do I wait it out and just be patient? What can I…

Because my assumption was that that was classified as 'using' the card, but it appears the statement balance each month is the determining factor on how much you're using it.

I don't need the limit or the extra funds, so just paying off early as I thought it was the responsible thing to do in terms of managing my finances.
