LG Customer Service is appalling!

    Yes - complain to the retailer (Amazon) not the manufacturer.

    Perhaps learn your rights and what you are (and are NOT) entitle to before "demanding" replacements and announcing customer service as "appalling" just because you don't get your own way.

    It may just be the way it was written, but I've worked customer service myself (not for LG) and you come across as one of "those people" who rings up and moans like the world is ending; demanding all sorts and then wonders why people don't want to help you.

    LG still haven't returned my phone, and when I call them they're not entirely sure when I'll have it back. Time to ring 0344 847 5454 for the fourth time this week.

    Edit: Apparently it's due to be finished being repaired today, there has been delays due to backlogs of repairs (Frankly I'll never be buying an LG phone again) and I should get it early next week...
